Colorado’s House Bill 1373 Would Allow Medical Marijuana Use In Schools



Colorado schools will be expected to permit “medical marijuana” use within a bill waiting for the governor’s approval.

Governor John Hickenlooper of Colorado announced that he supports the school prerequisite.

That was voted 35-0 on Tuesday, 5/03/16 in favor of the bill called House Bill 1373.

It makes Colorado the 2nd state to require schools to support student pot use.

“Non-smokeable marijuana” medicines at school.

Provided that the school districts concur and the drug is implemented by a parent or adult caregiver.

The bill has undoubtedly passed the House.
