Amazing! – New Survey Reveals: 90% Of Voters Believe Conspiracy Theories Of Trump, Hillary!

Written by JayWill7497

Americans are incredibly inclined to trust negative statements about political candidates they are at odds with, a new survey demonstrates.

Based on the Fairleigh Dickinson University PublicMind national poll revealed Tuesday, nearly 90 % of supporters of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton trust conspiracy theories that smear the candidate they don’t like.

The poll discovers, for instance, a majority of Trump’s supporters trust that President Barack Obama is “definitely” – 24 % – or “possibly” – 43 % – concealing crucial information about his background and early life. Fourteen % of Clinton supporters fit into either category.

Also, 86 % of Clinton supporters state it’s at least feasible that Trump is refusing to release his tax returns due to the fact they’d indicate close financial ties to Russia; 46 % of Trump supporters believe that’s “possibly” true, the survey reveals.

Of Trump supporters, 90 % state Clinton “definitely” or “possibly” understood the attacks on U.S. personnel in Benghazi, Libya, were going to occur, and did not a thing to stop them; 35 % of Clinton supporters point out the same.

“Partisanship is a powerful driver of beliefs,” stated Dan Cassino, a professor of political science at Fairleigh Dickinson University and an analyst for pollster. “There have been no serious allegations that Clinton knew the diplomatic compound in Benghazi was going to be attacked, but people are willing to believe it anyway.”

In additional findings:

60 % of Trump’s supporters point out global warming is a myth concocted by scientists; in most cases, 40 % of all Americans think it’s “definitely” or “possibly” true; 28 % among Clinton’s supporters convey that view.

40 % of all Americans believe it’s “definitely” or “possibly” true that President George W. Bush understood about the 9/11 terrorist attacks beforehand; 27 % of African Americans state he understood beforehand, and 34 % believe it’s possible; 8 % of white respondents believe he definitely understood about the attacks in advance.

18 % of Americans believe it’s “definitely” true the government generates overseas conflicts to benefit the military-industrial complex; 43 % affirms it’s “possibly” true.

24 % of Americans believe it’s at least possible the 2012 school murders in Sandy Hook, Conn., were faked in order to boost support for gun control. Clinton and Trump supporters are about equally likely to think this, but 33 % of independent voters state its “definitely” or “possibly” true.

The poll’s overall margin of error is plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
