Option 3: What Can We Do When Both Options Are Number 2?

What an amazing race it has been to the White House! As the election continues to draw near, two candidates appear to be at the forefront: Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Yes, this is it folks. Say what you like about either candidate; they certainly both like to say a lot of things about themselves as well.

I, personally, have no stake in who wins or loses. I am just here to report facts. I am, of course, an American, but what I have witnessed time and time again is the election of the biggest liar we can find and they nearly always do the opposite of what they said they would do. Perhaps it is time to elect a person who is honest and claims they will make things worse. What follows is an analysis of the platforms of these two candidates from a realistic perspective, and will end with another possible alternative. Enjoy!

Hillary Clinton has many great ideas. All of them seem to be drawn from a hat filled with the people’s most common complaints. All of them as well have the same solution: more taxes, more spending, more borrowing (From who? What do they expect in return?), and more social workers telling YOU how to behave while telling everyone else how to treat YOU. A world of an ever increasing supply of sociopaths and an ever decreasing amount of resources.

It is a long list, so I will just pick a few highlights. First on the list is Alzheimers Disease. For some reason the first thing on Hillary’s mind is people who forget everything and wander around like zombies. I cannot imagine what she is afraid of. She plans to spend 2 billion dollars per year on research to find a cure. This will certainly keep a lot of people busy thinking of ways to force people to remember who they are, but has anyone considered the possibility that ‘victims’ of Alzheimers do not want to remember who they are? And just where will this money come from? China? On to campaign finance reform. After Hillary’s election is bought buy whoever buys it for her, she plans to eliminate the ability of elections to be bought by those who didn’t. She wants everyone’s voice to count- including that creep in the women’s restroom.

Education. Hillary would like more Americans to receive a college education so that they can get a ‘better job.’ What is a better job? Anything but manual labor? I suppose we will need to import more immigrants to perform the jobs we won’t do, as George W. proclaimed. Speaking of labor, Hillary plans to strengthen unions and collective bargining power. More power to the people and less for the people at the top. Now consider this: Walmart has 2 million employees worldwide. If every employee is given just one more dollar per hour, that will cost the company $2 million dollars per man hour. Does the President and board of directors have enough to cover that expense? Does Hillary? Guess who does: Walmart customers. Oh my. The list keeps going, but the point has been made. Hillary stands for a socialist agenda moving toward pure communism. All of her ideas are merely an extension of the last 7 years. Nothing more.

On to The Donald. Contrary to Hillary’s socialist agenda we find pure capitalism at its finest. Considering all the power the next President will have by Obama’s executive orders, I would have to say that Adolf Hitler would drool over what is being offered to Donald Trump. While Hillary’s platform appears to be drawn from a hat full of complaints, Trump’s platform seems to be from a hat full of solutions. What is not being considered, of course, is the actual outcome of these actions.

The wall. Trump’s strategy is inundated with legal maneuvers, but is actually quite simple. Be a prick to Mexicans. While he is correct in what the reaction will be, he is not outlining the actual logistics. Not only will Mexico protest to his plan, but armed and dangerous Mexicans within the United States will as well. That won’t be a problem, of course because Mr. Trump will allow open carry for U.S. Citizens. Surely once we pull our guns out and they pull their guns out, they will all just go back to Mexico and not come back. ARE YOU PEOPLE INSANE? President Trump will have to build CONCENTRATION CAMPS for Mexicans. Then what? Who goes next? Women ‘bleeding out of their… whatever?’

Veterans Affairs. We are all well aware of the problems our brave soldiers face returning to civilian life. Some problems, both physical and psychological, linger with them for the rest of their lives. Trump’s solution comes right out of his reality TV show: They’re Fired. The directors of VA of course. Eliminate waste. Fire everybody. Then what? What will those people do next? Manual labor? There will be plenty of positions open with Mexicans in concentration camps. How will other people in positions of power perform their various governmental duties with such an attitude coming from the top? Now, considering how the people who crashed the economy in 2008 all got government positions with Obama, I suppose those same people will go back to what they were doing before. Running the economy.

U.S. China relations. Has anyone actually read this? We will declare that China is a currency manipulator and force them to give us back everything we gave to them. If they don’t like it, we will send our military over there to enforce our claims. As our military is fighting ISIS and Russia and Iran and God knows who else at the same time. Is it just me or is Donald Trump calling for WORLD WAR III? And what if the military needs to be called back to enforce the MARTIAL LAW he will have to declare to squash the MEXICAN RECONQUISTA? Then what? This sounds like the agenda of the ANTICHRIST! And John Boenher claimed Cruz is Lucifer in the flesh…

Well, picking apart Trump didn’t take as long as I thought. Now, as promised, I will present a third option, should you choose to accept it. It is something that has never been done before in the history of the United States of America. We can elect a write-in candidate. What better way to give the finger to the two party system George Washington warned us about?

Forty-three States allow Write In Ballots for President of the United States. The seven states that do not are Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. Most States require a candidate to register, however; Vermont, Wyoming, Oregon, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Iowa, Delaware, and Alabama do not require registration. Thirty-five states require that a write-in candidate must submit some form of affidavit and, sometimes, a filing fee at least one month before the election. In North Carolina, these candidates must circulate a petition. Their names are then posted on a list at the polling place, though not on the official ballot.

The candidate must be a Natural Born Citizen and at least 35 years of age. I haven’t done the math, but that should narrow it down to between 100 and 200 million people. This would be completely unprecedented, but will not work unless everyone writes in the same person in all 43 states. Bear in mind that whoever we pick, thanks to President Obama, will be THE MOST POWERFUL HUMAN OF ALL TIME. Are you prepared to hand this over to Trump or Hillary? Who do YOU have in mind? I would suggest taking in to consideration the person who the Office of Presidency was designed for: George Washington. The General who personally fired the first shots of the Revolutionary War on April 19, 1775. Then man who was the original American Patriot. The President who respected and enforced the rule of law and made sure our country owed no money to any other country.

Take a little time to read up on George Washington. Surely we can find another one among us somewhere. What will happen if we don’t?
